Hi, I'm Rokkam Srikanth TGT math,
While explain I use to give more general examples and change my techniques according to child IQ.i follow time management and try to make easy the concept. After explanation ask the children to do some more similar questions.i allow the discussion about the question and later rough work then fair. My great strength is patience,during the practice will remaind key points and basic operations. At most priority based on whats the child requirement. My moto is let the child show interest on MATH
