My way is simple.it may b distinct from others but I believe that it depends on each student how they will react or understand the concepts.Having supervised hundreds of student teachers and interns, I’ll attest to varieties of teaching styles. Some styles, including mine, are somewhat dictated by ones philosophy of education, others by personality. Some styles are based on efficiency, and some heavily on control. One of the best teachers I’ve known interacted with the kids very much on their level, but with vast personal experience. My approach tends to involve experimental curriculums, working groups, grouped seating, emphasis on social interaction, and consideration for the work of others. It also involves an over-riding emphasis on recreational reading.
