Am a passionate teacher emphasizing on education for sustainable development. Education that makes individual self fulfilled and the skills acquired makes him or her fit the job market. According to Maria Montessori on child centered learning I believe that learners have different needs and require different pedagogical approach. Am guided by the principle of inclusive education, education that respects and conform to the norms of a society but not limited to diverse limited of cultures.
