For me students are my first priority and I want they commit mistakes in my presence but not at all in the exams. My methodology is making them study by citing active examples surrounding them, making them understand by natural process of learning and implementing techniques of steam. Make the learners speak by enhancing their conversation skills and being myself sometimes an active listener to find out their areas of interest and disinterest. Application of the uses of Simon say, flash cards, tongue twisters, role play are part of my techniques. I want them to learn from both surroundings and book . That's all.
