I love to help solve problems associated with learning, breaking down complex concepts, making difficult tasks very easy for anyone to do, and also encouraging people to see hope in all situations. I believe that every learner has the potential to be great, and that is what I look out for.

1- identify the learner's problem
2- know what makes the problem a problem and why the problem is a bother
3- tackle it appropriately
