Motivated teacher with 22years of experience in teaching Mathematics. Teaching with passion, always exercise maximum care for students below average, average and above average. Energetic self-starter and team builder able to navigate high stress situation. Well versed in monitoring and teaching weak and average students to excel in learning mathematics. My teaching style is student-centered. I alway ensured that I impart kwnoledge in students by getting them involved in learning, and I do a lot of demonstration for them to see and reason along with what they are about to assimilate and understand. I also use instructional materials to guide the thinking of my students on what they are learning. I do assess my students while teaching them, this is the feedback mechanism I use to see effectivenes of my teaching methodology. I always use feedback mechanism because it makes me to meet the needs of the students at a different point. Lastly, I always reflect on teaching I have effected on daily bases because it always make me prepare better for the next day.
