Currently, I am pursuing a Diploma in Yoga Therapy (DYT) with the Yoga Teacher Association of Kerala, having successfully completed the first semester and continuing with the second. This formal training has enriched my understanding of yoga as a practice for both physical well-being and mental balance, which I integrate into my teaching to foster healthier and more focused students.

In my present role as an Abacus Teacher at Little Flower High School, Kelakam, Kanichar, Kannur district . I guide students in developing strong numerical skills, concentration, and mental agility through interactive and engaging teaching methods. My earlier experience as an Anganwadi Teacher has also equipped me with valuable skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and nurturing young learners with patience and creativity.
