23 years of teaching experience with post graduation in Physics and Education. MPhil in physics and an ongoing PhD.
Guided numerous intra, inter collegiate, regional, national and an international project. Being a constant learner, having passion for teaching and amassing knowledge, researching, setting and achieving targets, guiding, identifying the learners needs and catering it rightfully are my strengths.These skills are rightly aligned for the job that I am currently involved with. Different methodologies and methods like inquiry based learning, active learning, project based learning, demonstrations, analytical method, socratic method etc. are used to involve students. Active learning brings in lot of clarity and understanding of the concepts. This shall help students in retaining the learnt concept for a long time and apply to new situations.
Constant mentoring and monitoring of performance and interaction with parents is one key feature for the progress of students.
These steps undertaken during my career has helped students to carve bright path. 99% success rate achieved so far in the endeavour taken by me.
