I am an experienced educator with a strong academic foundation and over 14 years of teaching expertise at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Commerce and Management. I hold an M.Com and MBA with a specialization in Finance and have earned a Ph.D in Commerce (Finance). Furthermore, I qualified UGC NET in commerce. In addition to my academic career, I also bring one year of industrial experience which allows me to bridge theory with practical application in my teaching.
Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to academia through research and publication. I have authored and co-authored various research papers published in reputed journals and presented at both national and international conferences.
Beyond research, I have organized and participated in numerous workshops, seminars, and programs designed to enhance both student learning and faculty development during my teaching career.
My teaching strategy aims to make difficult concepts in finance and commerce understandable to students of all levels. With a passion for guiding students towards success, I look forward to making online learning an enriching experience.
