Teaching is not all about just talking and explaining it's more deeper than that, I see teaching as way of relating, learning and having a fun relationship with students, we learn everyday there's nothing like a know it all. Teaching shouldn't be a dictatorship but rather democratic. Also an engagement segment is really important, learn to understand students emotionally and mentally. Learning for students should be seen as a safe space and not the other way around. When teaching i make sure i use what students find interesting as an avenue to catch their attention where as making the lesson easier for them to understand and fun. Patience is very important not everyone can move at the same pace so i make sure no one is left behind and i impart the best of my knowledge to students cause that's how other great people imparted theirs to me.
