Throughout my teaching journey, I have always maintained a fun and friendly atmosphere for my students where they can share their insights, ask doubts without any hesitation. I follow a very patient approach with each student keeping in mind that each student is different and hence each student's needs are different. I keep following up with their academic progress regularly so that no unnecessary distractions come their way. Fun quizzes, activities, real-world examples will also be included to make learning more interesting and indulging. Having been a top academic student throughout together with the involvement in extracurricular activities, I truly understand the importance of a good and very important balance between the two. Each student is tomorrow's asset. For an asset to be utilised to the maximum effectively and efficiently, it needs to be trained well and should be given an environment to express themselves freely without an ounce of fear or hesitation in their minds. Hence being approachable and amiable is my agenda and I will always stick to it for a smooth, fun and happy learning journey.
