I analyse the student's need, how much time they take to study, to understand the concepts and formulate my teaching accordingly. I keep my class entertaining by doing activities and gives them prizes if they win or complete their studies. I motivate them to get better on not only academics but on character development and emotional intelligence. I never overburden then with homeworks but give what is needed. I complete syllabus before time and give multiple revisions before the exams, not making it hectic for the children. You can trust me on the development of the children morally and academically.
