I use learner centered method mainly, and incorporate teacher centered method at some point. I focus on my learner progress and ensure we are on the same track. I also incorporate inclusive methods and teaching methodology to support my learner. I intend to ensure that my learner understand better and helps out where needed. I also use different forms of assessment to test my learner and track his or her progress. I use learner results to measure his or her progress and to identify the weakness and strength of the learner.
