I am a linguist, researcher, and educator with a passion for advancing knowledge in language, culture, and communication. With a Bachelor’s degree in Akan Language and Culture (Linguistics/Sociology) from KNUST, I bring strong expertise in sociolinguistics, linguistic anthropology, digital discourse, and media communication.
Professionally, I served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at KNUST, where I support undergraduate learning, deliver tutorials in linguistics and communication, and provide research assistance to faculty.
Alongside academia, I have hands-on experience as a multimedia journalist and freelance graphic designer, with skills in news reporting, content creation, video production, and visual communication.
I am also deeply engaged in community service and leadership, having contributed to initiatives under Wikimedia Foundation, Matela Foundation, and Aban Center for Global Policy, while holding leadership roles in the Ghanaian Language Students’ Association. Recognized for both academic excellence and service, I was named among the 9 Best Graduating Students (Akan Section, 2024) and have received awards for my dedication to teamwork and leadership.
My teaching methodologies includes demonstration, constant repitition as well as practicals with a touch of good and accomodating qualities which helps me reach the heart of my students.
