I had an experience in dealing with student as I am tutor for 4 years can teach students for nursery to grade 10 I can help students in preparing lesson materials, identifying students strengths and weaknesses,helping them in completing of there home assignment, explaining topics which they are not able to understand,can clarify doubts and review the concepts taught in class.And also the students who I have teach in past all got 1 rank in there entire grade.I will keep my entire effort to teach them not only in subjects and also in general knowledge too.
