My approach is student centric as i believe all the kids are different and no deginite plan will work with each of them in the same way. So, I devise the teaching plan based on the student's abilities and strengths. I try to instill a passion for learning in children so that they become self inspired to take responsibility of their studies on their own in the future, which I believe is the best way to achieve success in anything they pursue. My motto is to let them help understand the concepts with utmost clarity and so to make a solid foundation for their learnings in life. I try and use real life examples to make learning easier. And since I have traveled a lot and lived at various places around the globe, I have my own stories and multiculturual experiences to share with them which in a way makes interesting approach towards learning. I align my teaching practices in a way where children are prepared to face the challenges and changes in coming times. I feel they need to keep on learning new things and open their minds to infinite possibilities of the future.
