Hello. My name is Ronnie Gire but you can call me Miss Ronnie. I have certificates in various teaching programs and attend educational trainings online and on-site.
I teach English, phonics, math, reading comprehension, and writing to kids in Kindergarten, Grade 1 to Grade 5. I also provide homework support.
My lessons are interactive and personalised, not just generic worksheets. I also help my students build confidence and retain memory.
I use videos, whiteboard, storytelling and relating to real life examples, to engage my students. I also set quizzes to assess their learning per time. I update the parents on our progress.
I have worked with dyslexic children and have gained 80% success rate with helping them achieve their reading and spelling goals.
Kena struggled to read and spell. In fact, she disliked books but in 3 months she started asking her mother to buy storybooks for her. She was able to read and spell well.
Olivia struggled with math and her grade was on red and occasionally, orange. She moved to a yellow and eventually a green, after 4 months of coaching.
I have helped 2 students get ready for the SAT and 11+ exams which they performed excellently.
Every child gets my full attention, whether we’re online or offline.
