I am a Mathematics and Further Mathematics Teacher for over 10 years and so have the prerequisite knowledge and skill needed to remove your confusions and fears about Mathematics and Further Maths .
I use both practical real life examples relatable and working examples from the text bringing or applying it to day to day live experiences to make it clear how it applies to real life . This is what I do

Math is as easy as it gets because it s a build up from the basics. Once you miss the basics there you begin to perform magic and that is no more maths !
It's a building block ideology that must be in you when you encounter maths. No magically happens one step leads to the next all basic orders must be obeyed at all times.
