I am currently working full-time at an IT MNC, where my role involves solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results. Over time, I naturally started mentoring my junior colleagues—helping them understand technical concepts, tools, and best practices. What began as casual guidance soon turned into a consistent part of my work routine. I found great satisfaction in seeing others learn, grow, and gain confidence through my support.
Outside of work, I’ve always had a strong passion for teaching. I believe knowledge becomes more valuable when it’s shared. I teach Science and Mathematics to students up to Class 10, and Computer Science subjects up to the bachelor’s level. I focus on making learning simple, structured, and practical so that students not only memorize but truly understand the concepts.
This journey has helped me improve my communication, leadership, and presentation skills. It has also made me more patient and empathetic as a professional. Balancing a full-time IT job with teaching keeps me motivated, enhances my problem-solving abilities, and gives me a sense of purpose beyond my daily work. My ultimate goal is to continue growing in my IT career while inspiring and guiding more learners along the way.
