A dedicated and results driven Psychologist and trainer with a strong background in counseling, human behavior and educational psychology. With a passion for empowering students, professionals and organizations, I specialize in areas such as mental health awareness, counsellin techniques and personal development. In teaching I focus on both theory and practical aspect and I ensure my class is very interactive and engaging. As a psychology teacher my teaching style is student centered and empathetic. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel valued, understood and actively involved in the process. I believe in nurturing the whole person not just academic success but emotional and personal development too. i encourage learners to connect lessons to their own experiences, promoting personal growth and self awareness. I continuously seek feedback and self improvement modeling the reflective practices I teach.
