Hello Students,
I'm Akash Sutar you can also call me as Ash Sir too. I'm here to teach not just subject by surface only, giving the knowledge in deep is my motive, but in the way where students will feel joyful than forceful.
I'm using collaborative learning technique, Inquiry based learning in this first I'll focus on what students knew already and his perspective and in that basis i decided the flow of teaching and plans, because without understanding about the students making teaching plans are like readymade videos seeing on YouTube. But I'm here to build not to fix. I'm also using Think - Peer - share technique, in which student first think on problem and explain me what they understood, so on that basis i understood students thinking process, power, way and capabilities, so it helps me to make teaching plans accurately, and suitable for each student, I'm not believing to make one plan and use it for all students.
With these techniques alone, my class result is with average of 32 out of 40.
Teaching accordingly to the students is my goal and by this way i assure that each student will learn by his or her own way, so it'll comfortable not forced.
At last, I'm a teacher who not taught students to pass the subject, but to learn and remember for long time or forever.
