Hello! 👋

I’m Solomon, and teaching has always been something I deeply enjoy and value. I have over 4 years of teaching experience and 7 years of corporate experience, which together have helped me build strong communication, patience, and mentoring skills.

During my time at Amazon and Myntra, I worked as a QA and trainer, where I trained new hires, helped them understand key processes, and guided them until they were confident and ready for production. Those years made me realize how much I love simplifying concepts and helping others grow.

I teach students from Nursery to Class 10 in the following subjects:

- Mathematics (my favorite!)

- Geography

My teaching style is interactive, patient, and concept-focused — I make sure students truly understand what they’re learning, not just memorize it. I also use real-life examples to make lessons interesting and relatable.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s degree (MS in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence) and want to use my available time productively by teaching young minds. I believe every student has great potential — they just need the right guidance and encouragement to bring it out.

Experience

  • QA and Trainer (Apr, 2019–Nov, 2020) at Myntra Designs, Bengaluru India
    This role was very similar to my role at Amazon. Myntra being an Indian e-commerce firm I was helping our organisation to improve the customer experience by working with our support staff and training them for their respective job roles.
  • Quality Auditor & Trainer (Sep, 2016–Nov, 2017) at Amazon, Bengaluru
    I used to work as QA and Trainer in the Learning and Development department at Amazon. My work mostly used to be auditing interactions between Amazon Marketplace sellers and the Support staff at Amazon, and ensuring that we were giving out the best service. I used to provide feedback to our staff on how to improve the customer experience. As a trainer I used to train the new hires at Amazon, and instill in them the Amazon principles and used to upskill them to be better at their specific job roles.
