Individual approch is best for learning a new language. I first communicate and understand how much and in what way they would like to learn and I plan forward with that as my guide. I also give a great importance to time management. Creating lesson planning is also one of my biggest strength and i believe students teacher interaction helps both the student and the teacher in improving the learning experience. I also grade and provide constructive opinions on the lessons. Being an onl8ne teacher the students can learn at the ease of their home.
