I am a Senior Speech Therapist with almost 4 years of experience working with children and adults who have speech, language, and communication difficulties. I am confident in handling my duties independently, planning therapy sessions, assessing clients, and helping them improve their communication skills. As a Senior Speech Therapist, I also supervise junior staff, guide therapy programs, and ensure the quality of clinical services through proper monitoring and support. I manage home therapy sessions effectively by maintaining proper time management, preparing individualized therapy plans, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation and progress reports for each client.
