From the moment I realized that behind every great organization are people who feel valued, supported, and secure - I was hooked on HR.

Today, I'm pursuing my PhD in Human Resources Management at Jamia Millia Islamia, but my journey started with a simple question: "How can we make workplaces better for everyone?" That curiosity led me to earn my UGC NET qualification in Industrial Relations, Labor Welfare, and Human Resources.

Knowing that I can impart my knowledge and whatever I have learnt from basic civic sense to subject based knowledge, and inspire students, teaching became my passion. I have a good theoretical as well as practical knowledge of HR and related fields, all management subjects.

I teach using audio-visual aids, cases (real life cases), starting from basic moving to an advance level information on each concept, and different hypothetical examples. This way is to make sure that the student understands in a way which would make it easier for them to apply it practically in an organization.
