My teaching style is a blend of interactive and concept based learning.. i encourage students to ask questions and clarify their doubts, i believe that my job would be done when the students understand the topic or subject conceptually through interactive discussions and real life examples.
I teach based on student capabilities, strengths and weaknesses so that I can impart knowledge according to their understanding levels with respect to subjects..
My teaching methodologies include interactive learning like group discussions, Q/A sessions, problem solving excercise,regular assessments, personalised feedback wheather the students understands the subjects properly or not to ensure overall growth.
