I basically like to communicate with Students in a very friendly way... So that they can learn and have fun. I think it's very necessary for a teacher to understand what the student is capable of. So they can teach them on the base of that. Also I think teachers are like second parents to the students. So they really need to be kind as well as gentle.
I have taught many students and their parents have shared such amazing results with me. So I am confident enough that I will be able to teach kids the way they should be taught.
