I always motivate the students to go ahead .most of the children need love and affection which is the best way to handle them. I always handle the senior most children with this method only and always inspire them to make their future bright .yes they have capability to do the best. I always give stress on the reading,speaking, listening and writing .These are the skills which can make the children the best. If they are good in these skills then they can give their best.Alongwith this I always inspire them to take part in co curricular activities which make them more confident and a good leader.
