With the experience I have had in teaching, I have learnt to handle learners with patience, especially slow learners. I apply an interactive style of teaching to ensure proper understanding of the lesson. I avoid teaching with assumption, rather I start from the known to the unknown. I carefully observe and study my learners thoroughly to know their areas of weakness as well as their areas of interest so I can help them learn smoothly. I also create a friendly and comfortable learning atmosphere for my learners. Finally, I believe in my learners, I encourage them to become the best version of themselves. This is what makes me a great teacher.
