My name is sreelekshmi. Iam postgraduate in Botany and completed B-ed in natural science from kerla university.My teaching style is interactive and focuses on creating a supportive classroom where students feel safe to explore their ideas and learn from each other.I create a student-centered classroom by encouraging students to take ownership of their learning. I work with them to set individual goals and choose projects that align with their personal interests and learning styles. I am also helping students for her projectworks, assighnments etc.My strengths include strong communication skills, a commitment to differentiated instruction, and the ability to effectively integrate technology into the curriculum
