I introduce myself as Master in Foreign Trade with 27+ yrs of Experience in EXIM,Logistics and Procurement. I will simplify the understanding of EXIM policies, processes and Custom procedures. Will impart the basics of Supply Chain Management and techniques to drive efficiency in working knowledge and get good jobs. Introduce to Best global practices in Logistics and Procurement. Create Awareness about Green Initiatives in Office/Industries thro Renewable Energy and optimise cost. Will teach about the cost recovery methods from Scrap mainly Steel, Copper, Aluminium, Plastic and E -waste. My Teaching will involve Industry specific challenges with Case Studies. Will explain the cost saving methods in Logistics and Procurement, cost break down techniques for handling price escalations with reference to market. I can impart E Auction, Supplier Performance rating, Cost optimisation with Continuous Workshop. Also will share the latest trends in Automotive especially in Manufacturing and R&D projects.
