I am working in special children past 8 years, and I train to life skills training, behaviour modification and communicate they or needs,.and then I found they are strength and easy way to give and improve him devolopment. I give teaching learning materials and visual aids it's easy to learning and achive goals. I train to problem solving and critical desicion making all are trained to our special children.
