Hello students!! My name is Anjali pathak. Currently pursuing grade 12. I have worked in an ngo called pencilbricks for 6 months where I use to teach students of grade 1 to 5. I have previous experience in volunteering, where I taught mathematics to students of class 8 to 10th.
My teaching style is interactive and practical. I believe that students learn better when they can see, hear, perform and do things themselves.
My teaching methodology is activity based. Communication and understand each and every student and focus on thier skill make me a good teacher.
I also taught students of grade 3 at government school for 1 years as part of my social work.
I noticed that many students just follow textbook and cram the content. I believe learning should be based on understanding and fun activities, not only memorizing.
I believe that our education system lacks critical thinking and creativity. Students often focus on memorizing rather than understanding and applying what they learn. Also many teachers just focus in completing the syllabus instead of helping students grow their abilities.
