Assalāmu ‘alaykum warahmatullāhi wabarakātuh, my dear brothers and sisters in faith.

As I begin this journey in my new role, I sincerely hope to positively impact the lives of many muslim students across the globe by promoting the teachings and ethics of Islam.

As our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you are those who learn the qur'ān and teach it."

With this noble goal in mind, I aim to serve the ummah by teaching the qur’ān and everything related to it — including tajwīd and the application of its guidance in daily life.

Alhamdulillāh, I am able to communicate in english, arabic, and yoruba (to a certain extent), which I believe will help in reaching a broader audience and fostering understanding across different linguistic backgrounds.

I remind myself and you all with the saying of Imam al-Shāfiʿī (rahimahullāh): "Knowledge is what benefits, not what is merely memorized."
