I focus on the students' communicative skills first, to make it easier for them to come up to me whenever they face an issue or a problem without any hesitation. I aim to make the foundation firm prior to building the blocks as that improves the comprehensive ability of the students. I get along with students not through harsh methods but through friendly gestures as it provokes their genuine interest in studies and make them want to enjoy the process of learning. Lastly, I prepare them for their exams and conduct weekly and monthly tests to monitor their progress and provide further guidance if required.
