My goal is to make sure the students understand what they are learning instead of memorising so that they will remember what they learn for a longer period. I will approach to teach the students in the method I think would suit them best to understand better. I am friendly with the students so that they could understand what they are learning and wouldn’t hesitate to ask questions when they are in doubt. I would also help students out with their homework and assignments to make sure they aren’t confused on what is going on their class at school.
