I encourage student centred learning where I actively involved my learners. I use technology to make the lesson more effective. I give continuous assessment as a way of monitoring my learners progress and helps in giving feedback to the concerned parties.i encourage critical thinking skills by encouraging learners to discover on themselves various ways of solving a sum.I use different instructions to ensure I accomodate all learning depending with there abilities and interests.i encourage teamwork and peer teaching as learners tend to understand better when it comes from one of there own.
