Being Convent educated,My teaching is based primarily on three postulates:
1) Comprehensive and interactive teaching process (Medium of teaching will be English preferably.Speaking in Bengali or Hindi will only be encouraged by me while teaching if there is a genuine need on the part of the student)
2) Problem- solving and critical appreciation
3) Weekly tests for a continuous evaluation of the student/students
Moreover, Creative speaking sesson will also be initiated oftentimes to boost up the speaking fluency of the student.
But Disciplined study behaviour is what I prefer the most and for that regularity in attendance must be maintained by the student/students to ensure a smooth and conducive learning system.
