I have passed my graduation in BA from Bardhaman University and then passed Montesory Teacher Training in YMCA Kolkata... I am willing to work hard for my students only if they are also ready to put the efforts in their studies ... I will genuinely appreciate them if they score good in exams...I interact with my students before then understand their weakness and try to overcome them by providing them solutions. I will take monthly tests based on the syllabus I have covered and analyse their marks and make them solve it which will enhance their problem solving skills
