With over fourteen years of teaching experience in Business Management, Innovation, Corporate Strategy, Technology Strategy, Organizational Studies, Entrepreneurship, etc, I bring a student-centered, practice-oriented approach to Business Management education. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education must go beyond theoretical instruction to develop critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and leadership capabilities. I employ dynamic methods—including case-based learning, simulations, and collaborative problem-solving—to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered a range of core and applied courses such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Technology Strategy, Performance Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Technology Change and Innovation Management, Introduction to Production and Operations Management, Management of R&D and Innovation Systems, and Research Methodology, consistently fostering innovation-driven mindsets. My experience in curriculum development has further allowed me to influence program design, implement blended learning strategies, and promote teaching excellence. Recognized formally for my instructional quality, I remain deeply committed to continuous improvement and to preparing globally competitive students equipped for the challenges of today’s innovation-led environments.
