Hello,
I have 2years offline teaching experience and I consider individual attention is more important and every student is different. So, I believe in caring for each individual student in their preferable manner and concentrate on their weaker areas and make them improve in it to achieve great results.
My method of teaching would be to make them understand all the concepts first. I will concentrate even on the minute detailing of each and every concept and then prepare them for exams.
I can train any student to become better and make them achieve good results.
