Komal ManwaniPhD in Pharmacy, Assistant Professor

My teaching style in pharmacy, especially in pharmacology, research methodology, and results interpretation, is rooted in transforming complexity into clarity through mechanism-driven learning. I do not teach drugs as isolated facts; I teach them as dynamic molecular stories where receptors, enzymes, signalling pathways, and clinical outcomes are interconnected. In pharmacology, I move from physiology to pathophysiology to mechanism, enabling students to visualize drug–receptor interactions rather than memorise classifications. In research methodology, I cultivate “structured curiosity,” guiding students to design experiments that are hypothesis-driven, ethically sound, and statistically robust. When discussing results, I train learners to interpret data critically, connecting statistical significance with biological relevance and mechanistic justification. What makes me a great teacher is my ability to bridge theory with laboratory practice and research with clinical impact, fostering analytical thinking, scientific integrity, and confidence to defend ideas in academia, industry, or viva voce.
