Am a graduate of the Indian College of Art and Draftsmanship, with in-depth academic and practical training in fine art, applied art, and traditional manual design techniques. My artistic journey is rooted in strong drawing fundamentals, observation skills, and hands-on creative practice. I specialize in hand-drawn sketching, academic drawing, logo design, poster design, manual character design, caricature art, and product finishing work.

Alongside modern design practices, I have strong expertise in traditional and cultural art forms such as Alpona design and Kolka design, which reflect Indian heritage and visual storytelling. I also have practical experience as a wall painter and mural artist, working on large-scale surfaces with attention to composition, colour harmony, and durability. My understanding of basic colour theory, shading, proportion, texture, and visual balance allows me to guide students from basic to advanced levels with clarity and confidence.

As a part-time art teacher and mentor, my teaching philosophy focuses on strengthening core artistic skills before moving toward creative expression. I believe that drawing is the foundation of all visual arts, and I emphasize line quality, form construction, perspective, and creative thinking in my classes. I follow a structured yet flexible teaching method that adapts to each student’s learning pace, helping beginners build confidence while encouraging advanced learners to refine their personal style.

I am comfortable teaching children, teenagers, and adults, whether they are hobby learners or students preparing for art exams, portfolio development, or professional careers. I aim to create a positive, patient, and inspiring classroom environment where students feel free to explore ideas, ask questions, and express themselves through art. My goal as an educator is not only to teach techniques, but also to nurture discipline, observation, originality, and a lifelong appreciation for art.

Currently, I am seeking part-time teaching opportunities where I can contribute my artistic knowledge, practical experience, and passion for teaching, while continuing to grow as an artist and creative professional.
