I am an experienced Information Technology professional and academic support specialist with over fourteen (14) years of progressive experience in IT technical support, network systems administration, GIS research, and technical training. Currently serving as an IT Technical Support Specialist at Africa Inland Church Kapsabet Bible College in Kenya, I provide technical support, system maintenance, cybersecurity management, and user training for staff and students in an academic environment.
