Children learn and grow when they get amicable learning experience with the teacher. I would rather say 'facilitator' instead of saying teacher. I can proudly say that my teaching method is not an 'old school method'. As jean piaget said, children grow and develop naturally, our only duty is providing them good learning atmosphere, showing empathy, and scaffolding when it needed. Hence as a facilitator i am great at my job. Children are not mechanical brains, each of them different to each other. Finding their capabilities and weak points are important. With the help of collaborative learning or individual tutoring i would lead them to right and effective path
