I currently work for automation company and now have 10 years worth of solidworks and industry experience. I can offer experience if you are looking into this sector.

My responsibilities include:

Your Position would include typically but not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
 Working for the lean manufacturing and design team; designing machinery for Automotive and Aerospace Industry.
 Designing fixtures, jigs, assembly benches to semi-automated benches to aid customers in manufacturing process.
 Issue manufacturing drawings and liaise with the workshop.
 Follow up with manufacturing and ensure correct interpolation of drawings and projects.
 Follow up projects commissioning.
 Liaise with customers and build relationships.
 Help to create the adi standard drawing templates and product range
 Help manage design team, assist with work schedules
 Check and ensure designs for all projects meet company standards
 Assist the junior design team with technical and design queries and issues.
