In my Technical Lead roles, I have mentored junior developers and helped them improve their technical skills by guiding them step by step, reviewing their code, and encouraging best practices.

I also have experience teaching BIT external students in different subjects, supporting them in understanding technical concepts and applying them in practical scenarios. I always try to teach using the latest technologies with practical sessions. I prefer using less complex methods and explaining concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way for students.

I believe in sharing knowledge, creating small learning projects, and helping others grow through hands-on experience.
