My name is R.Nagaraj Prasad, a vocalist from Hyderabad. I am a disciple of Sri Kokkonda Subrahmanya Sarma Garu (kakinada) and Sri M A Sundareswaran (renowned violinist, Chennai) and C R Vaidhyanathan (renowned viocalist, Chennai). I have been teaching music for 30 years with lot of experience. I am also a Graded Artist fron AIR & Doordarshan.
I am proficient teaching light and movie songs in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil & Hindi languages.
Some of my students have become celebrity singers, TV reality shows (winners and runners), teachers, lecturers, and are also running music academies. I am very well-versed in teaching not only Carnatic classical music but also singing and teaching Annamacharya, Ramadasa, Purandaradasa Keerthanas, and light music songs. Besides Devotional and Patriotic songs. A lot of patience while teaching and giving individual attention are two hallmarks of my guidance.
I am also giving training to students who appear for Certificate and Diploma courses conducted by Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad. And many of them have passed with distinction and First class. I am also guiding students appearing for M.A. Music.
I am instrumental in organizing more than 100 musical programs in various auditoriums and Temples in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Guntur. I teach both in ONLINE and OFFLINE classes.
