A distinguished and accomplished Physics educator with a long and dedicated career as a Senior Lecturer, I have consistently worked towards nurturing scientific temper and conceptual clarity among students at the +2 level. My teaching philosophy is centered on delivering Physics education from the grassroots level with a strong conceptual orientation, enabling learners of diverse intellectual abilities to develop a clear and confident understanding of fundamental principles.

With extensive classroom experience, I have developed the ability to present complex ideas in a simple, logical, and engaging manner. My teaching methodology integrates theoretical concepts with everyday life experiences, allowing students to appreciate Physics as a living and practical science rather than merely an academic subject. This approach strengthens analytical thinking and promotes deeper comprehension.

Recognizing the learning disruptions experienced by students in the post-pandemic period, I place special emphasis on rebuilding foundational knowledge and strengthening conceptual understanding. My teaching aims to supplement subject knowledge while instilling the confidence necessary for students to face the challenges of higher education and increasing global competition.I have also been invited to deliver guest lectures in Physics for government organizations.

An important dimension of my teaching is student mentorship, where I provide constructive guidance on academic progress and career planning. By combining subject expertise, conceptual teaching, and career-oriented guidance, I strive to develop knowledgeable, confident, and future-ready learners.

    As a Senior Lecturer in Physics, I was responsible for teaching multiple sections of +2 level students, ensuring high academic standards and consistent student performance. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I actively organized and supervised extracurricular and co-curricular activities to support students’ holistic development. Over the course of my career, I progressively advanced through various leadership roles, ultimately retiring from the highest level of institutional leadership. I was also invited to deliver guest lectures in Physics for several government organizations and served as an evaluator for both state and central government examinations.
