I am working as an Architect in a software firm. During my assessments, I observed that many freshers receive training from non-IT background trainers who teach them how to write scripts or basic programs. However, when they are assigned real professional tasks, they struggle.
They face difficulties in:
1) Troubleshooting issues
2) writing optimised and scalable logic
3) Understanding architecture concepts
4) Reading and analysing existing code
5) Handling real-world implementation challenges
My objective is to mentor candidates with practical, real implementation experience so that they can perform confidently and excel in their workplace.
I want to design a mentorship approach that bridges the gap between academic coding knowledge and industry-level expectations. The goal is to transform freshers into industry-ready professionals who can think critically, debug effectively, and contribute meaningfully to real projects.
